Kempwood 30-Day Return Policy

At Kempwood, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Final sale or clearance items
    • Gift cards or gift certificates

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at (207) 778-2051 with your order number.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (if required).
  3. Ship your item back to the address provided.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Kempwood is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please contact us within the 30-day window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
